I needed an appointment at short notice and they provided a refreshing level of customer service. From the front desk, to the doctor, to the nurse out the back.

Every single GP I’ve been to at this clinic is brilliant! Friendly, great listeners, caring, thorough, never fear mongering, super knowledgeable and kind. I always refer people to this clinic and am a Physiotherapist myself so having a great doctor to help with medical needs is imperative for myself in addition to my lovely clients. A doctors office is never a great place to visit, but sometimes, unfortunately it's necessary. What made my visit today so special was the caring and understanding advice and treatment that I received from Dr Eric. Importantly he listened to what I had to say, he understood my concerns, then provided various options for me to consider. I walked away happy and relieved, it was a very worthwhile visit.

I attended this medical centre today as a new patient. I made the mistake of booking my appointment the following day.
When this was bought to my attention I turned to go home and the receptionist stopped me.
She said that an appointment had just been cancelled and may be able to reschedule me for today.
She was successful and managed to have me seen by a doctor to which i was grateful.

Obviously this doesnt happen all the time, and every case is different but today I got lucky was seen by a doctor. And all the receptionists, doctors and pharmacy staff seem lovely.

I’ve been coming here since 2023, I continue to travel here from Ipswich as my GP is that good! Receptionists are always lovely and the place including the bathrooms is always clean and organised.
