I see a couple of doctors here, both are so professional, caring and thorough - I can't praise them enough - they have both treated me in ways for which I will always be grateful. The reception staff are delightful to deal with, patient, and helpful. I've even received a call from them advising that my doctor is running behind. The only draw-back is the waiting period to book in to see them, and the sometimes long wait for my appt - but that's only because they ARE thorough. 🌟

I went in for something I needed to have checked on my baby which was super quick but I was waiting for nearly an hour and a half when I was told the doctor was running 45 minutes behind. The GP himself was nice but the rest of my experience was horrible. The receptionist who served me was so unapproachable and unhelpful. The waiting room is not child friendly at all. I was stuck there for all that time with a restless, over tired baby and no show of support or sympathy from the staff. It's not a very welcoming clinic.

I’m rating this medical centre 5 stars because I was well cared for by Jan the nurse. I hate needles but Jan administered the vaccine painlessly and offered me lollipop! Jan also went beyond and offered to print some medical documents for my record which I really appreciated.

I waited like nearly 3 hours just before I was told to go home. I was put at the bottom of the urgency list even though my ankle was broken and could barely walk. A lady with a scratch on her arm was put infront of me and a baby with a big cut on the cheek waited something like 1 hour before again being told to go to a hospital. I have visited this clinic 3 times and all ended with the same result. The receptionist was very rude. Never ever coming back.

Large new clinic after relocation with addition of new doctors from another clinic. Admin staff are lovely and patient despite business. Male and female doctors available for those who require preference and have been on time for every appointment I have made. Pathology and pharmacy available with Total Health Physio in same complex. Bookings recommended but could probably accommodate an emergent need with the amount of doctors that seem to be available. My local clinic that's been done well.

Please read all the 1 star reviews here because they are all true! I spent more time in the waiting room than the actual appointment itself.
Came in for my sick son only to be told that my son needs to go to Prince Charles Hospital or to somebody that knows his medical history? He also specifically reiterated that my son was unsettled on a Friday afternoon multiple times, like why?
Sorry has my crying baby ruined your friday afternoon? What is it with you doctors? I cannot believe anyone would trust you with their health. Shame on you Dr. Mark Tsien.

Rudest nurses in this practice. My child had her immunisations on 15/7 and I was spoken rudely about when I’m sitting within ear shot of them behind their counter. The nurse, Jan said I must be a nasty person because I wanted to give my child all immunisations instead of coming back. Complaint sent to the practice manager with no contact back.
