Im the returning patients but today is my third times my appoinment has been cancelled for doctor emergency reason, because doctor couldnt come at schedule that i booked. Reception offers me the day after which im not available obviously im booking in advance also certain day for a reasons. I thought booking online make it easy but no. I can understand if this first time but third times is too much. And not offering the same day is showing they dont care about patients. Just to warn to others not to waste their times in this medical centre. Its look easy to book online but in reality that day you wanted will vary depends on doctor reasons.

PLEASE go here. Their service is incredible. I can’t speak for other doctors, but Dr. Khan is absolutely amazing, especially if you’re needing another female’s understanding on certain female issues. She doesn’t judge. I’ve come here multiple times for the same issue and she doesn’t mind.

I visited the service first time on the weekend thinking for something minor . The female doctor was thorough, and literally saved my life sending me to the hospital asap for follow up. Because of her her , detailed notes I was seen in hospital and escalated quickly for something still at time time I had no idea was serious.
A week later in reflection , I am deeply grateful for her care , didn’t charge me and really put my life and wellbeing first. I will be forever grateful to her .

This medical Centre are not bulked bill (Medicare wouldn’t cover) from age after 16 for any consultation.They wouldn’t even inform you on booking. After consultation, reception will simply handed you an invoice.

Dr Khan is awesome but receptionist Khajul Is not. Supposed to have a booking yesterday for a phone consultation and we received messages to confirm it. I even called yesterday to confirmed and told us dr will call us soon but waited for hours and didn’t get the call. Today, i called and spoke to Khajul and stated we did not had any appt yesterday so i requested if they can cater me and my husband today as i needed the swab result from doctor before going back tomorrow to work. Stated she can only give an appt tomorrow as it is not sure if dr can call us today. I told her if i can just request for the copy of the result so i can send it to my manager but she insisted that since my work is tomorrow afternoon, i can do the appt in the morning. I have told her that if you are the manager, you prefer to be told of you are coming to work today isn’t it so you can find a replacement not on the same day. Clearly the receptionist doesn’t understand her job and could not even do something about it as we are booked yesterday and she is saying we are not!! Terrible
