I just went in for an emergency appointment a few days ago for a chipped tooth with filling exposed. It turned out that the tooth was fragile and I was given options. I decided on tooth extraction.

I had some anxiety which did flare up a bit but the whole process I knew I was in good hands. The extraction was tricky, part of my gum had to be cut to get the tooth out, stitches were put in and you would think I’m in a lot of pain? To my surprise, I’m in very mild pain.

Erin and her assistant were amazing and did make sure I was doing okay. I always appreciate hard working dentists that do the job well, are willing to take questions and they don’t rush you when you may need a tiny break in between the work they do.

first time tooth extraction, had no idea what to expect and was super nervous also in pain. Dr Sophie was great and really eased my nerves and she genuinely cares for patients. I did not think public services would have Drs as caring and professional as Sophie
thank u guys

I had this truly lovely remarkable female dentist. She was interested in my complex Medical history as well as dental. She took her time, I wasn't rushed, and she was very very gentle

The dentist here are friendly and helpful. I love how they are careful with me as I have severe anxiety and PTSD. They are extremely gentle with me as I have a fear of needles 💉 and I find them very gentle and I love get my dental work done here. I have been to several different places and I keep coming back to this place now that I've experienced other places and I wasn't happy with the pain and or professionalism. These doctors here are trained to

I was very satisfied with the dental service, my only complaint is that one of the dental assistants held the blue light close to my nose, on purpose, in between treatments, damaging my skin. I'd had my eyes closed & when I noticed heat & discomfort, opened them & she said "aw sorry " knowing full well what she was doing. Though my appointment was months ago, the round mark on my nose will take ages to disappear.

All staff members were very kind and understanding. Checking-in was fast and efficient. The waiting room was very comfortable and fitted with a tv. The dentist and dental assistant were more than understanding towards nervous patients such as myself. My overall experience here was fantastic and would highly recommend this establishment.

I had an emergency appointment made for there today after being denied a voucher. I have an infected abscess, half my face swollen and in significant pain. I made the dentist (Jeremy) aware of my huge fear and legitimate anxiety with dentists. I was visibly upset, so Jeremy thought it would be an appropriate time to speak down to me like I was a child and say “you should be able to do normal adult things like going to a dentist!” Very unprofessional, very rude and very unnecessary comment to make to someone who is quite clearly already distressed enough and in a lot of pain. Now I can add another horrible experience at dentists to the list, and you wonder why people develop anxiety around dental visits? Shame on you. I’d rather sell a kidney and pay through a private dentist than to be treated with such disrespect and carelessness. You’re there to help, not make matters worse!!

Everyone from the receptionist (rachel) to the dentist (fatima) were consummate professionals. The dentist clearly outlined and explained what was happening, could happen and then in no time at all and completely without pain extracted the root of my problems.
Highly recommended. Thank you!!
