Dr Nihal Rafla has fixed my health problems after my operation and continues to monitor me on a regular basis. She is very kind and understanding and the receptionist is very efficient. Pathology and chemist a few steps away. Bulk billing is available for me. I don't mind waiting for such good service and always allow for the occasional delay. I am so glad that I found this surgery.

Staff and GPs were extremely rude. When presenting my given issue, I was judged and talked to rudely. They prescribed me a cream for my hand and was told my issue “isn’t that bad” and was then charged 90 dollars for 2 minutes.

Dr Raflia is amazing. Always has time to listen to you.
She may run late but that is because she doesn't push you out the door until you are satisfied you have been heard.

I love Dr Krish she is amazing as a dr and this review does not represent my impression of her but the clinic as a whole.

The time management of this place has alot to be desired. Everytime I come in there is atleast and extra hour of waiting with the reception not telling me it would take so long when I checked in.

The reception spend alot of their time talking above a conversation tone about sensitive information and the entire place is covered with paper blue tacked to the walls.

It doesn't matter how good the doctors are if your management treat customers like this.

Edit: I had a follow up phone appointment. Waited over an hour for them to call, calling a few times while waiting to be told "you will be called next".

I stated that this is not fair and kept getting the same response "it the doctors fault not mine" when I started to say "your a representative of this company and i believe you should give me a little more communication than just saying "it's the doctors fault" she hung up without any prior warning.

I was not being aggressive and only stating that.

These receptionist need to be fired.

I took my 2yo daughter to see Dr John Aide twice this week.. not only was he running to time and available last minute, but he was the most lovely and knowledgeable doctor I've seen in a very long time. He had all the answers for us and some amazing quick fixes to the problems we saw him about. He had a kind, gentle manner and extensive knowledge, his confidence put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor, especially for children. Thank you Dr John.

Upon some of the not so good reviews so far still an excellent reception experience for my appointment booking at Kawana Family Clinic. Mitch was kind, understandable, great attitude and problem-solving(ask for Mitch...guy). Also, Dr Mackenzie was wonderful with great knowledge and many years of experiences to be my GP very much appreciated! Highly recommended.

Waited 6 weeks for appt and now told to wait 3 weeks for the results. Receptionists come across as very rude not only to myself but to those walking/phoning in. Hmmmm........
