What kind of taxi services do we have in Katherine honestly called them at 11:05am. 20 minutes later I decided to call Katherine taxi back find out that they have apparently picked me up and are now driving me I told the operator are you for real well I'm still waiting didn't even see a taxi drive past what a joke Katherine taxi services

Hire a car, hitch a ride, have someone pick you up. Do whatever you can to avoid using these guys. I understand life is more laid back in the top end but this is ridiculous. Either they don't show up or sometimes up to an hour late.
The drivers are friendly though.

The most pathetic taxi service I have had to deal with. THEY JUST DON’T TURN UP. Ruined our whole evening plans to go out for dinner. Shame for the other local business owners who missed out on our patronage because we had no taxi service.

Poor service, never arrive if ringing from home, hotel or anywhere unless your at woolies or in town. There are alot of disappointed people pertaining to ringing a taxi in Katherine is concerned, they don't pick up.

Waited for over an hour for a taxi after being told on the phone it would arrive shortly, called them again and they said it would be with us in 10 mins, it was not.

Tried again the next day and 10 mins later received a text saying it would arrived shortly, waited outside for over 5 mins so called to check it was coming and was told it was 4 mins away. Then watched as the taxi drove straight past without even slowing down. Would not recommend.
