Dr James Chong and Dr Soo Chan Lee has been our family doctor for the past 10 years, even we moved to another area. Very professional, responsible and approachable. You might need to book in and wait as both doctors will give thorough and details advise.
The centre is clean and strategically located. Highly recommended

I’ve been seeing Dr.Lee for the past 8 years. She’s a very kind and attentive doctor so I’ve been coming back ever since my first visit. There might be some waiting time if no appointment is made but generally, I feel that’s acceptable.

Its been a while I don't visit this medical practice as thanks God I did not get sick. This time I found out that appointment required. This is good so I don't have to wait to long. This time it requires me to visit three times. All good, consultations run as per schedule. I feel Dr Lee is very nice, care of her patients, follow up and ask me to come back at the end of my medication to ensure that I recovered.

As a patient of some 20yrs, I highly recommend the Katherine St Medical Practice and Dr Lee especially. It may not be as flashy as some and the absence of an on-line booking system is a shame but the quality of care is outstanding and they (mostly) bulk-bill.

Katherine Street Medical Practice was referred to me by a client when I moved to Chatswood six years ago. It is a busy practice with friendly staff, so booking in advance is best. Dr Lee is lovely to speak with at every appointment. She is caring while providing quality medical care with a personal touch.

The Doctors are amazing, the old asian receptionist used to be pleasant but now has an attitude. She's rude abrupt and unkind most especially to other Asians except if you're Chinese. I think she forgets she is just a receptionist.
