Was meant to get a phone call regarding results from surgery that I had done, never got a phone call. So I had to make multiple phone calls to get them to send my records to my local gp. Again had to make multiple different phone calls before getting through to the right area. I asked if I could have my own results emailed to me and was told I'd have to go through some "freedom of information" for my own results to be emailed. You'd think this was a third world country with this kind of service.

Following multiple visits to the emergency room necessitating blood transfusions, culminating in an abdominal hysterectomy, I am compelled to express my profound gratitude for the exceptional care provided by the staff at Karratha Health Campus. In particular, I wish to extend heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Singh for his unparalleled surgical expertise. Under his care, I felt reassured and exceptionally well looked after. Dr. Singh's dedication, compassion, and diligence were evident throughout my experience, and Karratha is indeed fortunate to have such a seasoned professional within its ranks. I am deeply thankful for Dr. Singh's unwavering support, and I consider myself truly privileged to have been under his care.
His exemplary approach sets a commendable standard, and I wish more doctors emulated his commitment to patient well-being.

I am immensely grateful to each member of the medical team, from the technicians and receptionists, pharmacist to the nurses with special mentions of Scarlett, Zoe, Kristy, Hannah and the anaesthesiologists, quiet heroes behind the scenes, with their expertise, ensured a smoother passage through a necessary procedure. There was a palpable sense of care that permeated every interaction, a dedication that truly made a difference in my experience.

Another layer of gratitude washes over me. The ability to receive this treatment locally, proved to be an immeasurable benefit. The thought of traveling for such a procedure, adding that burden to the physical and emotional challenges, would have been daunting. Having this expertise available here, close to home, made a world of difference in managing the entire process.

One of the worst medical service in Western Australia. My partner needed surgery onr night so they admitted her to the ward but had no beds Okay she came home. Now we are back the next day and have to see a doctor again which wouldn't allow me to be on the phone to send a text. And told me to leave the room? Okay fair enough your having a bad day doesn't mean for you to take it out on the next indigenous patient because others are giving you a rough time. We only want to see the surgeon and be out, me being on the phone is not obstructing you especially when its on silent? Your only talking to my partner and i already know what its about....also spoke to me like a child to not take photos, who in the right mind would take photos? Anyways Miss if your not happy with your job get another career. You can tell when someones doing it for the money and not doing it because they actually want to Help people....
Just next time please relax a bit, go have a time out or something.
P.s. Unfortunately it was discrimination, but I'll let it slide.

I rushed my wife to casualty early this morning as she was very ill. We pulled up at emergency and a nurse who was on her way home came over to us, checked the situation, went back inside and got a wheelchair for my wife, took us in and stayed with us until she was sure we were ok.
Then the amazing staff who were on duty were so professional and caring, ensuring my wife was seen to immediately and arranging a bed and carrying out various tests. The doctor came in shortly after and in no time, my wife was diagnosed, on a drip and treatment was administered. I can not praise the staff enough for your caring and professional conduct. Absolutely amazing.

I came in yesterday with my very sick little boy. We have had nothing short of the most amazing support and care since we arrived. A big shout out to the nurses and kitchen staff on the ward, (food has been amazing)I know how busy you all are and how hard you all work, you have gone far and beyond for the care of both of us. Nothing at any given time has been an issue for any of you. I feel we are in the best place we could be under the circumstances we are currently in. Thank you so much

I saw a fantastic female ED doctor Dr Catherine Douglass that put me on a patient centric treatment plan to get rid of mastitis which included my family care needs as a mum to twin babies and a toddler, in addition to my health needs to get me better. This holistic approach is far better then what I received at a different hospital a few months back with the same infection! - well done! The doctor and the nurses showed empathy and were friendly! I felt like I was in good hands!

I came in yesterday with a dislocated pinky finger. I can honestly say it was the best experience. I hate needles more than anything. But they were really helpful. The doctor, nurse and also the orderly - Lucy. Lucy was amazing from the moment I got there right up until I left. Staff was amazing!!! ♥
