We’ve just moved to the local area and we’re so grateful we found a fantastic GP straight away! It was so easy to be a new patient and see a doctor. All the staff are so friendly, welcoming, and patient. They also spoke highly of their colleagues and they all love working there! All are good with kids too. There’s easy parking on-site, and it’s opposite a local shopping centre with a pharmacy. When I saw the doctor, I felt like they really listened to me, I wasn’t rushed, and they really cared for me. We are beyond grateful with the level of care we receive from Kareela Family Practice. The receptionists Amanda and Janice are so accomodating, kind and friendly. Dr Marc Bastawrous is incredible with our daughter, always making visiting the doctors fun for her. He is so thorough and his level of care is above and beyond. Would highly recommend!

It is two years since I attended this practice and I've only now felt able to post this. I attended for a women's health issue. The comments and tone of the GP were so insensitive and humiliating that I have since had to seek counselling. I have never set foot in that practice again.

Dr Adelina Gendi is the most caring and compassionate Doctor. I receive thorough and personalised care and always feel heard and understood by her. Also nurse Rosemary is super lovely and caring as well.
