I would thoroughly recommend placing your loved one here. My mother is currently a resident within the Kardinia Parkside community. Since joining, the staff have actively engaged her in activities that suit her needs and abilities. This has given her a purpose and has improved her health considerable. She looks younger, is more active and is a lot better health than before when she was at home.
The staff are amazing, from the administration staff, the cleaners and all the PCA’s and Nurses. Doctors visit onsite and an RN is onsite and will visit at the drop of a hat. They serve a wide variety of food, have fantastic facilities and the rooms are quite spacious. The underground car park makes it easy to visit and if you have a question, everyone is happy to help! It gives me great peace of mind to know that my mum is safe and sound.

Hi Sarah, thank you for organising today and last visit too.
You are an asset to Kardinia Parkside Care Community, your people skills reflect throughout the environment and in all your staff.
Leaving dad with you guys today felt so nice. No regrets, no worry, only a good feeling. He looked comfortable and satisfied with where he is, it was as though we left him with family. Kath at the front desk and the friendly and caring staff all added to the easy, laid back feel and the transition from hospital to kardinia parkside. ( thank you Kathy for helping me with the paper work process). Dad also felt familiar, coming back to his old room. Seeing Karen was the cherry on top. I hadn't seen her since high school. Was lovely. Your group generate such a lovely vibe within your home, its truely a blessing for all of us

A friend of mine has not had a happy time. Had to wait forever for staff to take him to toilet and was abused by staff because they were too busy. Pain relief was withheld and only reinstated when his doctor phoned. Relatives were not notified when he was sent to hospital until they phoned to enquire about him. Not a happy place. What a shame to be treated so poorly at end of life.

Staff are friendly where my Dad is. Have bands different activities. They can go outside with lovely bench chairs and music on in the background .Beautiful gardens too walk around . Staff are very caring and kind 💖

I help out do the dishes in kitchen hand there sometimes through an agency today second time today the chef is amazing I may not be a fast learner it takes or time to learn the chef is very friendly helpful and understandable he gives everyone a chance even when learning slow 🙂 the managers are great there also very helpful 🙂 thank you for teaching me a lot in the two days I still have a lot to learn 🙂

every Thursday I do volunteer work after work and wen I go home I all way feel great and happy a bat my safe, the people in there all was happy and talkative and the staff helpful, if one day my mum & dad need aged care I will chase Brentwood, but I hope they dot.

My stepdad has been there 5 months now
Staff are so caring and attentive
My mum gets looked after too when she gies to visit.
Its a very traumatic time for all especially stepdad and my mum
Place is superclean thank you so much to staff lots if entertainment

Id have to guess staff wrote these reviews...looks good on paper and thats where it ends...my mother passed away there almost 2 weeks ago...when she went downhill no attempt was made to feed her other ways than by mouth and no attempt to fit a drip for fluids...just put her on a morphine pump and 36 hours later she passed...still sending thousands of dollars in bills...disgusted to say the least!
