I have visited this clinic twice, and I definitely won’t be returning. During my first visit, I waited for over an hour to see Dr. Thomas, and no explanation was given for the delay. I wasn’t even informed with a text message that he was running late, which would have allowed me the option to reschedule. I tried again with a telehealth consultation, but this time I waited for over an hour, only to be told by the doctor that he was having trouble downloading my results.

Additionally, I experienced a complete lack of respect from the front desk staff, who did not provide accurate information and were somewhat rude.

l was so impressed with the efficiency of this practice!

The operation was done on my carpal tunnel the following day of my first visit and the pension rebate made it so affordable compared to the private practice.

l was considering the procedure being done under a full anaesthetist service along with a 12 month wait.

The recovery has been very fast.

I had my first visit today with Dr Janie Collins and the friendliness and professionalism was absolutely first class. I am delighted to recommend her and the centre to anyone needing medical assistance.

Last drop today: I have been coming here because I really liked my doctor and she has no fault in this. The receptionists need training and they have been rude so many times I cannot count them. I have been through emergency appointments before with this clinic and last minute booking, all clinics have these available. I never had an issue with this. Today I was cut off witbout even be done explaining that I really need an appointment. The suggestion? Go to the hospital. I think you need to reconsider who you put at your desk as it is the face of your company. Also you forget other people might be able to speak and understand the language you speak between each other. Nothing wrong with being culturally diverse, but to ignore patients because you are chatting? Edit: as you can see, points out the lack of your work ethic in your field and the need of training. I was not offered any sympathy nor solution, even the third time I asked; in fact, when I mentioned I had done this in the past, you told me to go to the hospital or book on Monday.

My experience has been one of complete lack of communication from the admin staff, practically impossible to get a response on the phone, by email, or by text. Made a Telephone appointment twice and waited for over a hour with no communication from either the doctors or staff advising me that they were running late or canceling the appointment. The worst i have ever come across in my many years of dealing with medical centres.

I got a frenuloplasty (frenulectomy) operation done by Dr Thomaz De Campos Silva, and it was one of the biggest regrets of my life. I spent almost 2k on the operation - double what others would have charged - due to wanting the best care done by a 'specialist'.

If you are needing this done, I beg you to just go and get a cheaper circumcision by any other doctor. My p*s now permanently looks like a balding middle aged man, with a chunk of fores*n missing from the top. I was given no warning this would be the case, not even in the fine print.

To summarise my experience: Every single time I had to see Dr Thomaz (around 6 times total) he was over 1hr late to see me, and he rushed my surgery as quick as he possibly could. The first operation got infected and was extreme pain for multiple weeks, when I went back to get it fixed he started HACKING AWAY AT ME FORES*N WITH NO ANESTHESIA OR PAIN RELIEF OF ANY KIND! I was yelling and almost passed out in agony, and my entire body was physically shaking for over an hour afterwards. It's taken me months to write this review as I'd blotted it out a bit from the trauma.

At this point, after 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS, I might end up having to go and pay someone else to perform a circumcision, as my foresk*n continually just rolls back all day and is very uncomfortable, and I never want to see Dr Thomaz again.

I don't know if I have any grounds to sue for malpractice do to the wavers they make you sign, but I might look into it down the track as this whole experience was far worse than I could have ever imagined. Be warned.

I had an awful experience with Dr. Thomaz de Campos Silva at Kangaroo Point Medical Centre. I had an appointment at 3:00 PM but was left waiting for over 40 minutes without any explanation. I asked the receptionist twice about the delay, but no one could provide any information or assistance.

When I finally approached Dr. Thomaz to ask about the wait time, he was rude and dismissive. Even after I explained that I had driven 40 minutes and was using my limited lunch break to see him, he showed no concern. Instead, he told me I had to wait as long as necessary and, shockingly, told me to leave the clinic, refusing to see me at all.

This level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect for patients is completely unacceptable. If you're looking for a Doctor who values your time and treats you with basic courtesy, I would strongly advise going elsewhere

Dr Thomaz was informative and seemed to want to do the right thing, but was let down by his staff
