During my appointment for a clearance to stop Plavix before my colonoscopy, Dr. Shah's direct and honest communication stood out. He thoroughly explained the risks involved with discontinuing the medication, which made me feel well-informed and confident in my treatment plan. I appreciate a doctor who communicates clearly and doesn't sugarcoat important information.

Alan's support during the visit was invaluable. His attentiveness ensured that all my concerns were documented accurately, contributing to a seamless experience. The entire staff at Kane Hall Barry Neurology exemplified professionalism and friendliness, making the visit comfortable from check-in to check-out.

Additionally, Dr. Shah took the time to discuss my smoking history and recommended a dye test after my colonoscopy, showing his commitment to proactive care. He also suggested trying the Mediterranean diet, which I plan to implement.

The entire process from checking in at the front desk to going back and getting ready to see the Doctor everyone was very attentive and friendly.
I have been seeing Doctor Kane since 2008. I have never had any issues what so ever in all of the years that I have been going there.
If you are looking for a good neurologist that is very attention detail I strongly suggest this location of Kane hall Berry.

Had to have a nerve and muscle study on both legs. The nurse and doctor were great. Friendly and comforting. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I would most definitely will refer anyone needing the services they offer to go there. Oh yea, waiting time has been less than 10 minutes each time I've gone.

The staff are really nice. As I was walking around trying to find the office, one of the KHB staff stopped and helped direct me, I just so happened to looking for their office. Check-in was quick and easy. The medical staff were friendly and took their time explaining or clarifying aspects of my appt and procedure. It was a positive experience.

Dr. Ansari is objective in his care. He helped me continue my medication and start infusions after a long and tedious back and forth with his staff. Staff and office manager have horrible patient/customer care; not responding to messages; saying life saving medications are not covered by my insurance when in fact they are. And forget paperwork, If you don’t use their infusion center or have private insurance they’re not willing to help you. Phone will ring for 16+ minutes. I understand being short-staffed, but at some point you have to be accountable for lack of care and communication.
I was not impressed with Dr. madacuris care either. “Push through it” for a debilitate mother with myasthenia gravis. Please do better for the sake of the patients.

The staff that perform the EEG were amazing. Made me feel super comfortable and at home in a stressful situation. They were very knowledgeable and have over 20 years of experience at that location. I wish I could remember their names but they sure made a great start to my day! Thank yous we need more people like y'all!
