Kambu offered a kids health care check up at Karalee state school, I booked my littles ones in for it, the doctor was going to subscribe an ointment for an issue he had, but never did, it was pretty rushed that day as it was a first time at that school so I had patients and trusted the process.. 2 days later still no script had come through, so I called, they said they would send it through by the end of the day, end of the day comes I get a text for an appointment but no escript. So I call again they say oh no don't worry about coming in for that it's just that the doctor put it in her calendar to remind her to do the script, but you don't have to come in. Mind you that appointment/reminder was for a few days later.. it has now been well over a month I still have heard or received anything..

As a white mother to 2 indigenous children, I try to support their culture as much as possible but unless I take my children to any indigenous organisation with another indigenous family member, these organisations just don't care.. my children didn't choose to have a white mum and a black dad, but the organisation is make it real hard for them to be accepted just because their mother is white..

It honestly makes me sad to see how many cultural things my children have to miss out on whether it's a simple doctors helo or a sporting opportunity just because they have a white mother.

Yep , final straw yesterday with this place, waited 5 weeks for an appointment, finally got there to be told cancelled again. And then can't get another appointment until another 3 weeks, when you're in pain it's just not good enough. Looking for a new Dr.

This place doesn't even deserve a star. We travel to come here just to be told my sons appointment has been cancelled no notifications or anyone letting me know until we got there. Also get mucked around so much with appointments avoid this place completely it's not worth it.

Dentist stuff was absolutely amazing today and so helpful as I came in by myself with two little ones! I know it was difficult but they were so patient and so understanding! Couldn’t say thank you enough but I’ll say it again thank you!!🙏🏻

If i could i would give 0 stars, waiting over 45mins and watching serveral ppl walk in and out and it wasn’t busy either. Useless all round can see why people dont go to the doctors ect!.

Telephone manners need to be corrected with a few of the staff members. There is no need to speak to people as if they are stupid and when asked to stop, they continue speaking in such a manner. Disappointing and disgusting behaviour. I understand a hard and busy day but there is no need for it!! Respect for the elders

I don’t come in very often but I must admit when I’ve been in to see the dr I am greeted so politely and helpful by a young lady Ashleigh so friendly and smiling everytime I see her.
I’m also so very stoked to have dr Liz she is a phenomenal dr I’m blessed 😇
With staff like both these ladies you can’t go wrong 🙏🏼

Absolute Garbage!!! How the mighty have fallen!!! Show up 1 hour early for your appointment only to be seen 1 hour after your appointment time. If you bother to wait or aren't that busy. Uncle Les Davidson would be disgusted with how they're dishonouring his name!
