The only practice where my family can confidently get a timely appointment when something goes wrong to save going to the Emergency Department. Late Friday afternoon Diverticulitis antibiotics for example to save the weekend!!

Poor and abrupt.
One admin lady told me one thing, set up a phone consultation and the next told me a different story. Very misleading and seemingly unorganised practice.

I just needed a cover letter for work to tell them what the doc said and they say it’s not allowed?

Went for a consultation for my dad. Doctor doesn't listen to you. Rude and arrogant behaviour. He misbehaved with us for no reason.
