We are so grateful for Dr Kanchan Iyer's care of our dog, Capote. She put together a comprehensive plan to treat Capote's anxiety. She also found that Capote had serious digestive issues, which had gone unnoticed by other vets. We were very impressed by her exceptional knowledge, thoroughness and care for our dog. Went to them for our pup’s scaling cuz our old vet quoted us something outrageous. The service was good, price was more reasonable compared to what we had. Pup is eating better too.

We have been using the Kaleen & Kippax Vet Hospitals (part of Capital paws group) for nearly 13 years; These two are Fantastic Vet Hospital with caring Vets & Nurses.

In particular, Dr Kanchan Raheja/Iyer is a very thorough, diligent, analytical, caring and a dedicated and brilliant Veterinary doctor who takes personal interest in the welfare of our pets Snuggle & Giggle. She is very patient, professional and systematic in her approach and diagnosis; Dr Kanchan has provided brilliant and utmost care in treating our pet Giggle for cushings syndrome and successfully established the right dosage of medicine giving our dog Giggle a great quality of life. She does the follow up promptly and provides right guidance and advice. Recently, our dog Giggle fell very sick with her vitals failing her and we thought we will lose her given her age. Dr Kanchan referred us to Dr Alison Taylor at Kippax Vet Hospital (another great place for pet care and part of Captial paws group) since she had no appointments and briefed Dr Alison Taylor about Giggles health history and also provided an action plan. Dr Alison Taylor immediately carried out the critical tests and treated Giggle promptly giving us hope. Thankyou very much Dr A. Taylor. Dr Kanchan followed up subsequently with further relevant/critical tests and treated Giggle with utmost care and diligence and nursed Giggle back to life. It was a miracle indeed. We thank Dr Kanchan profusely for
her professionalism and for the great care and respect she has showed towards our pet Giggle. We recommend Dr Kanchan Raheja/Iyer to pet owners looking out for quality life for their pets. In addition to Dr Kanchan and Alison Taylor we would also like to thank Dr Trent who has also taken great interest and cared for our pets at different points in time. All the very best! My review will not justify just how amazing Nurse Emma is. We absolutely love how caring Nurse Emma was towards our pup. She is an example of a genuine person who honestly cares for others. What a legend !!. She is very knowledgeable and doesn't hesitate to share her knowledge. .

The vets were amazing but the after service for a pet being put to sleep. Please pet owners do not use Edenhills its horrible and don't get your pet back from Melbourne crematorium which is where they send your pet. If I had the chance again I would have buried Grace.

Nice staff but admin seems a bit messy. They seem to have mixed up my cat's vaccination schedule, then did not put in the date for the next vaccination until I asked. Our kitten never leaves the house and seem to have got fleas after visiting the vet, maybe from the garden out the front and during Covid, we all had to stand and talk outside. Then when it's time for surgery, they SMS to say there is an email sent but none was received. The cat did come safely out of surgery so at least the veterinary doctors are skilled and careful! Thank you.
