If you are sick on Monday but can’t get an appointment until Tuesday they won’t give doctors certificates “in the past”. I’ve never had a doctor do this before in my life. Most bizarre, can’t recommend it when for a lot of people Doctors Certificates are essential for their employment.

My daughter was in desperate need to see a doctor and they turned us away because they're not taking in new patients. I see reviews here from 3 years ago saying the same thing. Have they not gotten any new patients in the past 3 years or more?

Been going to hellen for over half my life, but for the past few years it's almost impossible to get a result or the help I need. I got the merina inserted so I csnt get pregnant, and 4 years later I'm still bleeding irregularly with extreme pains, hellen told me and I quote 'it's normal, youre fine and told me all the wrong information about the merina, saying it breaks up my uterus, so i should bleed all the time' it just kills the sperm, so I've been in pain for years could have major issues by now due to this and my doctor says 'its normal' just because im a woman bleeding with lower pains does not mean it's anywhere near normal. But when I called a professional in the feild they told me to go to emergency asap, I said it's been in for almost 5 years and is due to be taken out very soon, kinda to late, if I have any issues due to not being treated for something I know is causing me major problems ill be taking this to court.

Oh! Now that you mention it, no I'm not sure! These past 20 years have been a complete blur.

Next time a brown person walks into your clinic, maybe don't assume they forgot to tick this box...you know...because they're brown.

Never coming back but now I definitely have a lot of questions to ask my parents!

Wouldn't see me as not accepting new patients, but had available times. Said I was trying to see a doctor today and they turned me away. How can a doctor turn away someone in need when they have availability. Are they keeping the slots open in case someone calls through
