I've never had anything but positive experiences here!
Really lovely customer service, it has that personal feel rather than the bigger chemists. Plus the prices are (from my understanding) just as low!
I use the app and have an account, which is so convenient! I wouldn't have done it unless I was made aware by one of the lovely pharmacists who noticed that I had a lot of scripts.
The only thing is sometimes with the app I will place my order and it will either take a good chunk of the day (not sure if that is normal) to get the notification saying it is ready to collect, or it will just straight up not show up as ready at all.
In saying that, I just head to the pharmacy to pick it up and it is all good and I am not waiting more than a couple of minutes.
The app stuff could very well be an IT/app issue as well.
Again, it's just a really nice pharmacy, and I feel very welcome and always get a smile when entering from staff 🙂

I went to fill out two prescriptions for my mum, and the experience was a complete disaster. They didn’t have one of the prescriptions and told me to come back the next day. I did, but it still wasn’t there. After making me wait 20 minutes while they looked for the prescription, they finally admitted they didn’t have it. When I asked for my prescriptions back, the staff member took forever to return them. She eventually filled one prescription and said the other was in the bag, but when I got home, I found it wasn’t.

I called the pharmacist the next day, and he assured me the script was ready. However, when my mum went to pick it up, the script was missing again. This entire process was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, and the pharmacist showed no apology or concern. I had to drive to the pharmacy three times because of their mistake. I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism at this pharmacy. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I went in looking for some cold & flu medication and asked the pharmacist for some advice as there are a lot of brands I can't take due to one of my medications (which I told him), and he gave me codral saying it was safe for me to take. So I buy it and take it home, just to see on the back while looking for dosage instructions that is explicitly says NOT to take it with the specific medication I told him about..

I am very disappointed as this isn't the first time I have been unhappy with the service here. I will not be returning.

I'd give zero if I could. They were doing my mother's webster packs who's in a nursing home. I found they were over dispensing medication (and charging for it) and refused to provide generic medication for schedule 8 pain meds. That meant instead of being able to charge a max of $3, they were charging up to $16 per script to a pensioner!
Likely doing this to hundreds of elderly and vulnerable customers in nursing homes. Owner got very upset and defensive when confronted (abnormally so). Lucky I haven't officially reported them for investigation.

Having just had a highly awkward and embarrassing interaction with the chemist in Kaleen Plaza, I came here to try again. The Pharmacist was understanding and comforting for what would otherwise be an embarrassing and awkward conversation. They were also nice enough to assist in giving me a cooler bag for travelling with medication that needed to remain within certain temperature ranges. I've just found my new local chemist I think!

Absolutely disgusting service from the young girl holding fort at the lockdown barricade. Provided 5-12yr panadol for my 1yr old. When asked about the ages listed on the panadol bottle that do not include a guide for 1yr old children she sighed at me telling me it's just a label. Saying 'oh my God' under her breath as she walked away. Very upset and concerned as a mother of a sick child. No one needs to be treated so poorly.
