Had a men’s perm and cut and love the results and the process. I always normally feel anxious about going to the hairdressers because I’m nervous about how the results will turn out, but the team here made me feel welcome, answered and explained the whole process, and gave me tips at the end on how to style my hair myself at home. They mostly take bookings and are always booked out, which I actually appreciate meaning each customer gets the attention to detail during their appointment without feeling rushed. I’ve finally found a place I’m comfortable to go back to and confident that my hair will turn out great when I walk out. Thank you!

It was my first time trying to this place and the overall experience was amazing. The owner was very friendly and looked after me very well. She was very time efficient with the whole perm process and was definitely worth the money. I was very happy with the result and will definitely be coming back again next time for a perm!

Had my first appointment here for a perm on Saturday and it was easily the best salon experience I've ever had. They were ready to go immediately as I walked in, and my stylist was so lovely and great. She always consulted me before acting, asked specific questions to figure out the best option for me, and she did an amazing job.
I've had perms done multiple times before but, until now, I thought it was normal to leave dissatisfied with the look until a few days/washes later.
She took a lot of care in making sure everything was right and styled it in a way I had never done before which looked so much better than how I usually style it. So pleased with my experience and I will definitely be coming back here in 6 months.

1 star based on customer service. (I did not get a haircut)

I messaged their instagram page because I thought the cuts they were doing looked ace.

I asked if I could send some photos of my hair to discuss what could be done.

The suggested I come in at 9:50 for a consultation.

I did not realise there was a footie game on the day of the consultation and there was a bit more traffic than usual to get out of my area.

I message their instagram to let them know I will be running roughly 10minutes late.

What I didn’t know was that the consultation was only 10minutes long and it had to be completed by 10:00am as that would be when they start work.

So I’m 45minutes into my 55minute drive and suddenly I get a call and they ask where I am, I say I’m 8minutes away. They tell me they can no longer do my consultation because I am late and they have clients. I explained to them I’ve been driving for 45minutes to see them and they offer me two options:

You can send us photos and do the consultation online

Now I know I was late and I will take responsibility for that. But I would have assumed given the fact I’ve driven 45minutes they would have given me some sort of option for a meet and greet discussion.

Not only that, the fact one of their solutions was to literally do what I originally asked them on instagram - to send photos, that’s 1hr 30mins of my day gone and I won’t be following up with the photos.

Overall poor communication, they didn’t explain it would be a 10minute consultation they didn’t say it had to be completed before they started work and they didn’t offer me what I thought was a reasonable solution given the fact I had driven up for so long. Waste of time and my morning.

Lesson learnt from me- do more to be early/ on time and check the footie status.

Lesson for them - do more for your potential clients and communicate better the terms and conditions regarding your consultations. If someone initially requests online keep it that way maybe.

This was my third time getting a perm at Juno Hair, and as always, it did not disappoint. The team at Juno Hair consistently provides exceptional service, and the staff are incredibly lovely and attentive.

During my most recent visit, the length of my hair post-perm wasn’t quite to my liking. When I brought it up, they immediately offered to fix it up for free a week later. However, after a couple of showers, my hair relaxed beautifully, and I ended up cancelling the appointment because it turned out exactly how I wanted it.

The staff’s professionalism and willingness to ensure their clients are happy speak volumes about their dedication. If you're looking for a flawless korean perm and outstanding service in the inner west area, I wholeheartedly recommend Juno Hair in Burwood.

This was my first time going alone to a hair salon so I was quite nervous. I had Lee assist me with doing my hair for cut and hair colouring and she is super nice and informative about the hair process. It was also quite a cosy and warm friendly environment which I really liked. In the end, I really loved the results and my hair looked so pretty! I was feeling pretty and confident all day haha.
