Dr jungfer was very professional and kind and careing in her assessment of me today,I felt totally at ease and safe with her, at no point was I uncomfortable or distressed during my session of very sensitive topics worth see her for sure highly recommend.

This Dr has the view that "some disorders should not be diagnosed in medicolegal settings". You can see the post on LinkedIn (photo attached) about the presentation she made to this effect. If Comcare/WorkCover are sending you to Dr Jungfer, there is every chance that they are using her to discredit your injury!

Very unpleasant person, who is a psychiatrist, but has no compassion for people especially when talking about sensitive issue, extremely pushy and heartless. Unfortunately I have spoken to junkies on the street with more compassion for people then this lady. One star rating because I had to rate you to make the comment. Otherwise no stars.

Wow after reading these reviews, i am glad that it is not only myself that found the receptionist RUDE! Terrible service from the receptionist and I am a pharmacist who is trying to do my job for my patient's well-being. Spoke to the receptionist who wouldn't allow me to speak to the Dr even though it was an urgent case for a patient. Dr Jungfer may be a great Doctor, but having a receptionist staff like that is a real bad image for the practice and she needs to be replaced!

Despite making good money off a very specific set of patients, we found they had little to no understanding of their patients.
Reception was not very helpful but big on attitude.
I never saw any actual services being performed and a referral to a more polite doctor was the only worthwhile thing that came from my experience with their Burwood "general practice" centre.

I would give this place a minus 5 if I could. Stay away is all I can say. Unprofessional is an understatement. I am immobile so was slightly late to the appointment and she verbally abused me for being late. Took $4000 for a report and wrote the most hideous one as if she was more supportive of the other side who paid her nothing. Stay away!

Twenty years ago Patricia diagnosed me with bipolar disorder when my life was in danger of unraveling. She prescribed a combination of drugs and provided ongoing consultation over the next year or so. This meant I remained working in senior management roles, retiring as a CEO of a large organisation. I continue to take the same drugs today. Thanks to Patricia’s professionalism and support, it is not understating it to say she was a life-saver.

Patricia Jungfer's unprofessional in her approach & it's concerning that without thorough testing she'd put a teenager on heavy psychiatric medication.No respect either!! Also-a short consultation with no testing resulting in a misdiagnosis along with an incorrect label attached to a young person who wasn't given "a fair go"!! The excuse used in the report being"it'd stress them out too much"(if tests were done)when evidently there's unreasonable bias towards them & the job wasn't done at all right leaving it open to speculation about proper intentions & qualifications involved!!
