I’ve been a patient here for around 12 years. Dr Melanie Hanson is beyond wonderful. I cannot and could not ask for a more caring, beautiful, understanding, and professional Dr that js compassionate, knowledgable and has a huge heart. Dr Hansen has gone above and beyond for myself and for my children and all because she cares and that’s the crux - she cares !

Graeme Wright has been my doctor for over 30 years. I owe him my life and he has been the best doctor I have ever had. I'm a RN so I know what a good doctor is. He's caring and knowledgeable.

Dr Marian is amazing but the receptionist Jackie was extremely rude to me and my husband in front of our little son. She shouldn’t be there if she hates her job so much. She also left me a very aggressive voicemail 10 mins before my appointment saying that if I wasn’t there in time I had to find a doctor elsewhere. Treating the patients like that shouldn’t be allowed. The owner should consider hiring someone nicer that actually likes and deserves the job. Making the patients feel welcome and safe is a must in a medical centre. She absolutely lacks manners and empathy and she has a very aggressive attitude towards patients. Horrible experience because of her!

I was so disappointed. I had blood done there last year and the place looked very nice and friendly. I had planned to start going there as it is near to home. Early in Jan I really needed to see a doctor and called up for an appointment. They told me there was two appointments available that afternoon. I thought this was great and asked to confirm. The receptionist asked if I had been before and I informed her it would be my first time. She then told me that there is no appointments for at least a week, as she likes to keep the regular appointments in the event a regular patient gets sick. I found this very bizarre and explained I actually do need an appointment. She just apologized and suggested to try another doctors. I did state that if that is the attitude why would I even bother with such a practice.... I am still shocked that they will not give you an appointment. So much for caring....

Dr Melanie Hansen is honestly the best health professional I’ve ever seen. She was the first person to believe me, trust me and be willing to help me. I would recommend her to anyone.

I love Dr Rodgers there but many times I have rung for either an enquiry or to book an appointment and the receptionist has been rude and impatient. Very rude tone and makes me feel like they do not want to help. Her name was Jackie and each time I have had her she has been unfriendly.

Absolutely the most wonderful team of doctors and admin/reception staff. Jacqui the office manager is amazing with what she achieves for patients. Doctors are all highly qualified, experienced and kind. Highly recommended.

They refused to see my 6 month old child because he had a cold. Suggested we go to emergency. I know there are policies for covid-19, but refusing medical care for an infant is ridiculous. Simply booked him in to see another doctor who uses common sense and as a result no one from my family will return to the Junction Road clinic.
