Oh where to start! Jen has such a welcoming, grounded and calm energy that you start to feel relaxed before even hopping on the massage table. She is very attentive to your needs, and creates such an intentional, nurturing and healing space. I recently had my first treatment with Jen and chose the restorative journey package. Straight away walking into Jen’s space I Instantly felt cocooned in a warm safe clean environment filled with beautiful ambient lighting, stunning decor and a calming fragrance of essential oil in the air.
As someone who struggles with switching off through massage I was in the deepest state of relaxation I have ever endured. The massage bed used was large and snuggly with lots of soft blankets, the room was warm and dimly lit with soothing relaxation music and an electric blanket on the bed for good measure.
As a massage therapist myself i can be quite picky however Jen’s massage technique is hands down 10/10. She has a beautiful flow with her massage moves, keeps contact at all times and was sure to use the perfect pressure after checking in with what I personally enjoy. I felt myself drifting off multiple times throughout the treatment which is a first for me!
Jen is clearly a professional at her craft and very intentional throughout every step of the way, even leaving a beautiful herbal tea and a delicious bliss ball made with love.
I walked out feeling like I had slept a full 12 hours and have honestly felt very clear calm and energised since.
