I've coming to this client for years and have always recieved professional and prompt service. From the reception staff to the nurses and GPs the quality of care is exceptional. I have been going to Joseph Banks Medical Centre for 40+ years and over those years, I have had nothing but respect from all the staff and doctors that I have seen. I walk in to the centre and I say , hi girls, and they always say hi Judy and just make you feel so comfortable and welcoming to the practice.
I moved out of the area almost 3 years ago to another suburb but I still go back to see Dr Charlie as we have a great patient/doctor relationship. The only thing we don’t agree on is our football team but that’s okay!

I am a new patient at this clinic as I had my first appointment early January. I have been very happy with the treatment I have received from Dr Debicki. She is thorough in her assessment and takes her time and is highly competent.
The nursing staff there are also a delight as I received a course of treatment there.
Highly recommend for anyone seeking a diligent GP who is across contemporary treatment and practice.

Been coming to this practice for nearly 40 years. Dr. Monkivitch has been my family doctor since she started there. All my children were seen there and now my grandchildren. Never had an issue with Melissa or any of the other doctors that I have seen.

My wife and I have attended Joseph Banks Medical Centre for at least 40 years. When our elderly parents visited us and they needed medical attention, we took them to Joseph Banks. When I was a school principal, I used to take students there if they had suffered an injury. We have always received excellent attention and found the doctors and staff most courteous and helpful. It is worth the half hour drive and we would not go anywhere else in the foreseeable future.
