Very bad experience! They were unorganised and misinformed me on prices.
I called to make a booking and during the phone call I asked about payment and asked how much the appointment would cost. The lady on the phone said because I had Medicare and concession it would cost me $0. I arrived at my appointment only to be told it would cost around $200. By this point they had taken my referral and written on it and could no longer give me my referral back. Leaving me with no choice but to start my medical journey all over again.

Unfortunately it was not a good experience. It's a busy business where patients' wellbeing doesn't count. My previous ultrasound was done by Adelaide MRI In Payneham. Everyone at Adelaide MRI was most caring and supportive. Nobody asked me abruptly to hurry up! The atmosphere at Payneham clinic was relaxing, the sonographer was helpful, efficient and kind. I was expecting the same at Dr Jones & partners, but unfortunately it was not the case. Please improve your services, it's so important when you deal with vulnerable people.

2 years ago I had a MRI here. If it wasn’t for the technician who done my scan noticing a shadow and changing it to a scan for aneurysms. Mine wouldn’t of been found. I had a previous MRI 5 years before somewhere else. And it showed up as clear. Which was shown after further investigation was not actually a clear MRI.
Also the technician informed me of things I needed to rush to the ER for and to make an appointment straight away with my GP. I am so thankful she was paying attention to my scans
