Jobfit have been great assisting with booking my visa medical. The last 2 weeks has been difficult getting an appointment but it is completely out of Jobfits hands as I was made aware Jobfit provide the medical and Bupa deal with the appointments. I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Jobfit Darwin regarding medical appointments for visa requirements. For the past ten days, I have been trying to secure an appointment, constantly calling and asking about availability. However, I have been met with vague responses and no clear resolution.

The staff at Jobfit Darwin repeatedly blamed Bupa for the lack of available dates. However, when I contacted Bupa directly, I was informed that Jobfit Darwin holds the authority to open dates for visa-related medical services. This back-and-forth is frustrating and unhelpful, especially for international students like myself, who rely on local services for such crucial requirements.

I kindly urge the Jobfit Darwin management or supervisors to consider the challenges we face as international students. It is difficult for us to travel interstate to complete medical services, especially when it could be resolved locally. Please empathize with our situation and take steps to improve the appointment process.

Your cooperation and support in this matter would mean a lot to those of us navigating these essential requirements far from home.

It is hard to imagine that Darwin's medical exam service point would be completely out of hands, where Darwin has a population of only 150k. Just now, I checked that the service points in Alice Springs and Hobart both have the latest slots. Unexpectedly, I had to spend $1,000 to complete the examination in Sydney. Headache-inducing Darwin.

I was worried because I have read so many bad reviews but I did my medical here for the first time.Everything went smoothly. All staff and Dr Mohd Yoonus is friendly as well. But for xray examanation you need go to I-Med near casuarina so it better if you took early appointment because they will close at 5pm.All Good No drama.Keep up for your good hospitality.

The receptionist, nurse and doctor was quite nice and it was done within 40 minutes. The receptionist especially was quite nice and helped with all my queries. Would have been great if the x ray was done here as well.
