Jo is absolutely amazing! I am a war veteran and she was brilliant with dealing with department of veteran affairs, she is so down to earth and makes you feel like you have known her for years. On top of all of thay she really knows her stuff and has not only helped me find the right hearing aids through trials, she also fine tunes the levels to meet my exact needs. Jo has changed my life , taking caring time to actually explain my hearing aids and App that a lazy audiologist previously could not be bothered with anything constructive to enhance the world of hearing .
