Reception have always been kind and helpful.

If you have little ones, note there is a park / small playground / community garden next door on tbe next block

Regarding some negative ratings of the practice I read : I understand the frustration, but please understand that there are lots of policies and protocols gp practices need to meet, which may cause frustration ( eg when trying to book as a new patient), but these arent the fault of the doctors or staff at the practice, and not fair to blame them for it, though feel free to write your MP and ask them to raise the GP Medicare rebates to improve gp access ( I work in a medical practice in a different area with similar issues: it's a systemic problem, not a practice issie). ).

A clinic that refuses to give service to a sick person just because you are not an existing patient, does not deserve to be called Medical Centre. They have available appointments and still refused to allow a doctor to see me. I am new in the neighbour, so I asked where could I go instead, their answer was "just ask around". Very disappointing treatment.

Have been going to Long Jetty and Berkeley Vale Medical Centres for over 20 years. I have always found them to be very professional and compassionate and up to date with the latest treatments.The staff are all very efficient and friendly. Appointments can usually be made for within a week.

I have been going here for years and my parents did before me. Always found the doctors to be friendly, helpful and capable. If the dr of my choice has not been available an equally suitable doctor has taken over.

I've been diagnosed with a chronic condition. Staff are rude and dismissive and I often have to wait weeks for an appointment. I've had to continue treatment with a new GP elsewhere who treats me more seriously.

Not good enough , everytime we ring up they dont take new patients and they dont bulk bill, and we only live around the corner !!!what's the use of being a medical centre!!

Pretty disappointing was trying to book a phone consult to get a script for my extremely…extremely…important medication to tide me over till the next year with my usual Dr here and was told we are all booked out for the week we’ll call you if there is a cancellation and your Dr is on holidays.no offering of another Dr to at least make my script up or anything.
