Jessica held a workshop for teenage girls focusing on common challenges in today’s world. My child absolutely loved the workshop and immediately spoke about the skills, discussions and learnings she had gained on the day. I’m hoping that Jess puts out the second workshop really soon because I get asked daily “is it there yet”? I would thoroughly recommend this workshop to any parent wanting their child to engage as a responsible, considerate and confident teenager who understands themselves and the world around them. My 10 year old has attended two workshops for pre teen girls with Jess and she absolutely loved both of them. My daughter also attends one on one coaching / counselling, just to help her navigate her own emotions, some tricky friendships and anything else that she may want to discuss and I could not recommend Jessica more highly. My daughter loves coming to every session and leaves feeling positive and empowered. It has opened the dialogue between me as a parent and her also, as she comes home sharing the skills she has learned and discussing the conversations she has had. Jess is heartfelt and in tune and you can really feel her genuine care and love for her job. I wish I had the opportunity to learn what my daughter has learned already at her age! Jess is a truly amazing councillor. Her thoughtfulness, insight and expertise have helped me move through an incredibly tough emotional time. So much so, my adult kids also see Jess for guidance and support, including ADHD, depression and general stuff that young adults go through. Jess’s sessions have empowered us all to move into a new phase in our lives and we always look forward to what she has in store for us next! Her ecotherapy sessions are awesome and it’s great to work on self improvement out in nature rather than in a clinic environment, but her little cottage is cute and cosy and a top place too! You’re in really good hands with Jess.
