It was our first attendance with Rémy , our five months old puppy .From the minute we walked into the foyer we felt welcomed, Rémy was examined and he felt very comfortable and relaxed with the vétérinaire .
We were very happy . We appreciate the advise given by the staff .

I can't thank Jervis Bay Vets enough for their exceptional care during a very stressful time. Our 10-week-old puppy broke her rear right leg on a Sunday night, and we needed emergency medical attention. Dr. Michael was there to meet us as soon as we arrived. He quickly assessed our puppy and provided immediate pain relief, which was such a relief for both her and us.

Dr. Michael was incredibly compassionate, calling for assistance to sedate our puppy for further treatment. He kept us informed with regular updates, making what felt like an eternity of waiting much more bearable. His constant communication truly put us at ease.

The following day, we returned for a follow-up, where another X-ray was done at no extra cost. The team was thorough in their explanation of the treatment plan and made sure we were comfortable with the casting and positioning.

We are so grateful for the outstanding care our puppy received. Thank you to everyone at Jervis Bay Vets for your kindness and professionalism!

From admin staff to the vets, every person has a genuine love and concern for the pets and animals brought in. Each person treats over-anxious pet parents with dignity and great kindness. Absolutely amazing service shown to our toy poodle Sassy who unfortunately was bitten by a paralysis tick. The vet Cynthia was amazing with her and gave her the best care during her stay with them. We owe them and Cynthia her life and couldn't be more grateful . Absolutely amazing vets and staff .. Thank you guys so much !

Such wonderful vets, nurses & staff. A special shout out to our vet David for the wonderful care, surgery & advice over many years for our cat, Miss Pepper, of almost 20 years. Her sad passing was heartbreaking and so compassionately and lovingly handled by you guys. Thank you for the beautiful card & words. I will treasure it.
