Went in for the tea making class. We thought that while the class was informative, Liza just read line by line from a prepared script for 45 minutes. For someone who has been doing this for 2.5 years, i would have expected Liza to know the content. The class wasn't very interactive and Liza didn't seem to be particularly interested in engaging with the class when we asked questions, often saying "i'll get to that later" or "just wait" and then checking her script. We tasted about 5 teas which were nice, but very tiny samples. After the script reading, we were able to make our own combos of tea. For $50 per person (with up to 10 people in a class) i thought it was quite overpriced and should be improved greatly.

Update: only communication I received from the owner was an email asking me to delete my review. I replied and said no as this would be disingenuous and defeats the point of open reviews. I said I was happy to discuss the review further and she did not reply.

The sauna was very nicely presented and prepared, warmed up and with fresh towels in place. After a delicious cup of herbal tea, my wife and I went in and enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing experience. As it was my wife's first time, she only spent 20 minutes in there but I stayed for the full 40, enjoying the full temperature that the sauna offered. We both felt thoroughly cleansed afterwards and that night, my wife had the best night's sleep that she'd had in months. Don't miss this hidden gem when visiting the Jervis Bay area. We would certainly do it again.

Such a hidden gem in Husskison !
Liza was very welcoming and took her time to listen to some personal information to help in any way she could.
The infrared sauna is very clean and gets to a great temperature especially being someone who uses infrared saunas often, it was perfect for a detox session, along with tea on arrival and filtered water.
I will be coming here to use her services often.
Highly recommend.

So amazing to have this in Huskisson. Such a lovely little spot and very tranquil. The tea to warm you up at the start is also a great little bonus and really sets the mood for the sauna. Thanks so much, I’ll be back!

I’ve been wanting to try an infrared sauna for quite some time and after receiving a couple of sessions as a gift, it actually happened. Wow!! We walked out of there feeling lighter, cleaner, calmer. If only I’d done this sooner. A wonderful wellness experience. Can’t wait for the next session!

My sauna was a shared experience with my husband. We wanted to see if we could make this a lifestyle routine. We are in our late 60’s & want to access practices for wellness.
Liza was a great support. We looked forward to our session. Liza would listen to our feedback to access our needs & adjust the treatments accordingly.
We enjoyed the ritual Liza designed into the sessions to include a herbal tea & subtle music.
The setting was comfortable & private with a relaxing ambiance.
We could recommend this experience as an adjunct to a healthy diet & exercise routine.

Tea smelt like fish. Pre-questions prior to booking are an exercise in data harvesting. The sauna settings were a joke. No bluetooth access to speakers. Owner asked too many questions. Worst of all there are no showers and there is no privacy. Pulling a curtain around a sauna is not privacy. Overall if you are from Sydney go to city cave instead of this place - cheaper price for double the service and a better experience. I for one will not come back.
