My wife and I were passing through Hay inbetween states when she sprained her ankle badly outside of a service station locally. I tracked down this pharmacy.The lead pharmacist instructed me on what to do, and he arranged for free ice packs (very generous) to be given at the time of emergency. He helped me arrange for ACE wraps, bandages, and other products. The whole team was very professional and helpful. We are incredibly thankful to their aid, and assistance at the time. With their aid, we were able to reach our destination safely and were able to continually nurse my wife and her injuries back to health.

Could not rate this business highly enough. My 1yo son was sick as we were travelling through Hay on a Saturday. Pharmacist went above and beyond to help us, even opening after hours to assist us with a script. Thank you!

Fantastic service from Japp's Pharmacy..While doing some relief Motel managing in Hay i needed an update on some medication from my Chemist at home at South West Rocks.. It was sorted with great service from Mina Malek the Pharmacist. Much appreciated.

Passing through Hay, I called into the pharmacy to ask about a quick growing mole on my face. The assistant I spoke with said I needed to speak with the pharmacist who was busy at the time. I came back in 1/2 hr later and the Pharmacist advised me to see a doctor at the Medical Clinic for advice. I took his advice, got an appointment almost immediately, with a satisfactory result from a terrific clinic. Very happy with the professional service at the pharmacy, especially from the pharmacist.
