All the staff at Jade are super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. My younger sister has been seeing a speech therapist at Jade for 6 months now and I’m extremely happy with her progress and how they care for her. Would highly recommend this place and their services!

Jade Care therapy are the bestest 8 have 2 kids with Jade and iam so glad that I found such good and positive therapy, they go out if there way to helping our kids, amazing work and on top of all daisy is amazing 🤩 she is really helpful carring and super amazing work thanks jade care therapy for helping our Little kiddes. They rip you off, my son only went there twice.! the second time we went is i paid $100 for 1 lady to help me fill out the funding form, after that i haven’t hear from them or any appointments from them, i called them & want to spoke to that lady (i forgot her name), she always not available when i called so i asked her to called back, not even 1 time i got a call from her.! its already been more than 2 years since the last time we went.! very bad 👎👎👎.! not recommended.

If you’re an NDIS client beware, they’ll rip you off and charge you for the stupidest things e.g apparently it’s my fault that my son has a fever and could not turn up to his OT appointment, yet they had the audacity to still send an invoice and charge me for the session 🤦‍♀️
