Dr Lee is excellent, his work is subtle and no one can tell I had filler; I feel like I’m 10 years younger! I highly recommend him.

I went there because it was conveniently located. However, the treatment and the impression I got from the practice was far from perfect. I booked to have my annual blood test and when getting the result I had a few questions. The Dr said "there's no problems with your results". But I said I have a few questions with regards to it and he tried to stop me and showed gestures to quickly get rid of me. I only managed to ask one question. This gave me the impression you are here to get the results so you got it so please get out and if you have any more question make another booking on another days so I can charge Medicare another consultation fee. BTW the total consultation time was less than 5 minutes. Couldn't he afford another 2-3 minutes?

Our 7months old baby had her first allergy reaction when we were out at Lidcome shopping centre yesterday around 3pm yesterday. As the only medical centre still open in the shopping centre at the time, we went there seeking emergency medical help, and the receptionist simply turned us down said they are fully booked and can't help us. We walked out there with baby had severe swelling and red face, and wasted valuable time to give baby treatment. At the time the allergy reaction could be life threatening. We are very disappointed for this heartless medical clinic. Wouldn't walk in to this clinic ever again.

I had an IV fluid treatment done. Doctor took tape out from my arm after finish the IV fluid but he was too rough and wasn't careful. So my arm was scratched and big bruised. It is very sore. And when I paied receptionist explained gap charge $140 after Medicare claim but I asked couple of times "After Medicare claim?" Then she changed answer "No." I asked " Sould I have to claim by myself?" She said "No. That IV treatment is not possible to claim." I asked first If I could ask for a Medicare claim and she answered I could when I arrived the J Medical centre. It is very confusing and very disappointing.

I book an appointment at 9am as i was told there's a female doctor due to religion and i feel more comfortable with a female. They agreed. I waited 50 minutes after my appointment for my turn to find out theres no female doctor and was flat out rude about it. Would not go back there again.

Receptionist on today 6/11/20 were rude.
I asked a simple question relating to what services that provide and if they also knew if a GP was located in the centre. The lady provided a blunt response and said " I have no idea ". Please look into this further.
I found out there was a GP 1 floor below. Poor service.
