Wow what an amazing medical centre!
From front receptionist alayna to the amazing doctor I loved it all.
They made it a breeze to register myself and all my kids and the wait time was not long.
Super clean, super efficient and super nice.
From walking in to waking out I was so pleased with this place.
Definitely my new medical centre.

Very professional Dr.Alaah is a wonderful Dr that gives alot of advice and actually cares about your well being. He is Patient and understanding and Alina the receptionist is very sweet lady.

I've heard the doctor is great but the receptionist was horrible. She wouldn't provide an appropriate place to change for and tend to my 4 month old who was unwell and it was pouring rain outside. When I sorted him out, she watched me walk over and put the nappy in the bin (it was wrapped tightly so wouldn't have made a strong smell) and THEN made a fuss over not putting nappies in her bin in the centre.
I told her she should have an appropriate place for changing babies or put a sign up stating what kind of waste the bin was for specifically. She went on and on and then tried to complain about me to my husband.. Really... How old are you?!
Then she had the nerve to say we are not welcome in the centre and didn't allow us to see the doctor did my son. It was so sad to see a receptionist act like that to a patient... Where's the compassion and the kindness gone?

Highly recommended. Definitely one of the best GP's I have ever had. My whole family see him now. He is a genuinely caring and knowledgeable GP and always goes above and beyond to explain everything you need to know. Alina at reception is also wonderful and so accommodating, helpful and always greets you with a smile. Brilliant medical practice.

The most humble doctor who explains everything so you clearly understand everything. My daughter put me onto him. I have always been very happy with the way he has cared for my little family and myself. If your looking for a great doctor this is the one. I have previously worked in one of Sydney’s hospitals and know a good doctor when I see one and have to add the Reciptionest was very friendly and helpful too.

Consistently overbooked, which is surprising considering there's only one doctor present. Common sense might indicate that the expected work rate of the doctor would be consistent.
Better communication and time management would make this practise exceptional.
Don't make a booking if you have anything to do within a 2 hour window of that.
This is an avoidable problem and will be why I don't recommend this practise to anyone as their regular GP
