I called to inquire about getting my surgical dressing changed, and the female receptionist answered in a friendly tone, confirming that the doctor could assist me. When I arrived, I didn’t have to wait long. My experience at ISRA was excellent—Dr. Abdussalam was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout my visit. The level of care I received was outstanding, and I genuinely felt cared for. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking excellent medical care, and they’re open after hours.

I booked in an after hours gp for an ear ache and saw Dr. Ghonemi. He was super friendly, and the receptionist was nice. Not to mention a fully bulk billed consultation! I didn’t have to wait longer either.

Definitely recommend.

Worst place to visit.
I saw Dr Abdussalam who refused to give me a medical certificate for 4 days in total. He gave me a medical certificate for 3days and asked me to call back the next day to get one for that particular day
Called at 6pm , 8pm ,9.45pm and 11.50pm only to get told the doctor is on dinner break and busy.
Finally at 11.50pm the receptionist put me on hold , the doctor spoke to me to 30sec and said all is fine the medical certificate will be emailed to me which did not happen.The receptionist today told me that he did not print one for me and that I have to now pay a gap fee ?
I don't understand the whole process. The doctor Is very dodgy
I would give a 0 star if possible.

My wife consulted Dr Eman, she is very nice, listened to her concerns and provided the medical advice. My daughter was making noises throughout the waiting period but the reception lady was very patient and had great customer-services. The polite reception lady also provided drinking water as we were in dire need and had forgotten our bottle in car. We had great experience and were extremely satisfied with such a top level of care. Highly recommend!

My 89 yo mother in law fell and cut her hand badly on a Saturday, it needed stitching. After calling three other medical centres without success. I called ISRA. The receptionist promised to check with the doctor and let me know if the doctor can see my mother in law. We received a call back within 20 minutes and went to ISRA. First class service and total patient care.

If you want to come to this clinic be ready for a whole day waste. 2 patients before me and i have to wait 2 hours for it i dont know what these doctors are doing inside may be doing any surgery at the clinic or chatting or eating really are u serious patients are waiting outside man be quick.

I highly recommend this place! A special thanks to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful. Her assistance made my experience much more pleasant. The overall service was excellent, and I appreciated the friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

I seriously recommend not to attend this place. Receptionists are not friendly and poor presentation. Doctors are dodgy.They don't explain issues properly and will just give you medication. If you don't ask they won't even bother about telling what happened to you, they don't tell anything about the medication unless asked. They have telephone consultation available. Booked in at 6:15 PM and received call at 11 Pm after 2 reminding calls. The excuse was they had more serious patients to deal with. I had to wait more than 30 mins to see a doctor while I was the first patient of the day and there was no one around at all. Not going back again!
