I can’t say enough good things about Ishana Wellbeing Centre.
Every call I’ve made was met with someone warm and friendly leaving me feeling supported and informed.
From the beginning, their clarity about policies made scheduling appointments and managing expectations so much easier than other practices attended before.

What really sets Ishana Wellbeing Centre apart is the extra care taken by the practice manager. It’s heartwarming to see someone who genuinely understands the concerns of parents and goes above and beyond to ensure our children receive the best care possible.
I’m grateful to have found such a great practice that truly cares for its patients.

Dr Depeeka Jadhav was extremely unhelpful and showed little empathy.
Shame, because the centre itself was quite nice.

It has been almost 3 years that you guys have been looking after my 5 year old baby boy for his Autism. A receptionist was rude. The manager denied it. Then I saw online that someone else had experienced the same thing. The manager said that doesn't mean it is true. I am not the first person who has felt bullied by the admin staff at this centre. I am going through a lot, and should have received more respect. I am thoroughly disappointed in this service.
