Extremely polite staff , my Dr put the cannula in for my iron infusion was excellent, the nurse Kim looking after me today was extremely polite, friendly kept checking my blood pressure and oxygen levels frequently. Outstanding all round. 15/10 highly recommend nursing staff, and three of the Dr’s as that is all I have been to but I am sure they are all as dedicated to your health as mine.

Shui and I are really appreciate for your service, no matter the staffs at reception and Dr.Lin. Dr. Lin is fantastic and kind. He looks after the patient in professional, not only targeted the problem that the patients raised, also problems related to. This really can prevent any other problems.

I've been attending Isabella Plains Medical Centre since 1995. I always receive quality care from reception and whichever doctors I see, especially my two favourites. Dr Tehmina and Dr Zach. The nurses are excellent, efficient and always very pleasant.

Arrived ten mins before my
2 o’clock appointment to a full waiting room. Sat around for another 40 mins before seeing the doctor at 2.30 I appreciate that some appointments can run over but it would be helpful if waiting patients could be informed when there are lengthy delays to
their appointment times

Rang twice and was on hold for a total of 30 mins
Dr I saw was not friendly, had an abrupt and somewhat rude attitude during the whole appointment. Would not recommend going to this place if there are better options.
