This practice is very good. Staff are friendly and professional. I normally see Dr Grigg and he is very knowledgeable and good to deal with. I never feel as if I am being rushed through with him despite knowing how busy they are with just two available doctors. It can be frustrating not being able to see them on short notice, but that is due to circumstances not their fault and I would recommend Dr Grigg and the reception as very good.

Hi everyone myself and my disabled daughter has been a patient there for over 15years I can always respect the people who work there as they go out of their way to me and my daughter they help and respect my situation and are always very caring I also have been a patient of the same Doctor for this time he is very caring and always listen to you not like other drs that rush u in and out of there surgery.

Dr Jacob Cherium will waste your time and do his most to make you book extra appointments to come back and see him instead of helping you during your appointment. He makes you feel like his not listening to you or taking you serious. I've asked to change my medication and get a mental health plan and brought up many symptoms and things I was concerned about just to have him ignore them and come back in a month to see if you still feel the same way only to be worst.

After a year I finally got onto my mental health plan. He then recommended me to a psychologist and sent my mental health plan there only for the receptionist to call me telling me the place he recommended has been closed down. I've been chasing up 3 weeks to get it reprinted for a new psychologist, and still haven't heard back anything.

Does not care about you at all. Would not recommend wasting your time going to him if you have problems you want to fix

Hi I would like to tell u about a great medical center in ipswich it's called ipswich medical center my family have been going there for over 19yrs u could not wish for more customer service and the staff and drs are always willing to listen they are treat people with respect and understanding and even though they go out of their way to u feel welcomed they are always respectful of things and always very polite and understanding I wish some people would show there respect back to the staff and drs as they try so hard to please.
They are always welcoming to my self and family even to my daughter who has a lot of disabilities to take the time to treat her like a human being not just ignore her.
Again thanks to ipswich medical center

I just wanted to respond to the previous review. I was in the medical centre when the husband and wife were there and the wife was abusing the staff members for a whole half an hour. The staff handled the situation so well with what they had to put up with from this lady. It’s always a pleasure to visit this medical centre, the staff do an amazing job.

Dr Gregg, fantastic. Great advice and offers a wealth of medical expertise, advice and knowledge. And happy to welcome back Dr Curson. As for all the other staff. Whether it's the Practice Manager - Jeanne or any of the other minions. Great Job, keep up the good work

I don't normally respond however the previous review has prompted me to post a different perspective on Mr Harris's encounter with this medical centre. I also seen what occurred and his wife absolutely did NOT abuse staff for half an hr. The nurse was/is rude, plain and simple. The lady (wife) simply pointed that out to her which wasn't recieved very well! My suggestions would be 1. If you need to make a lenghy phone call, work related or not, let the Drs know so that they can attend a simple flu shot themselves rather than have people wait while you continue to chat. 2. If cameras were installed in the treatment room where this interaction occurred then it would reveal that the version of events relayed to the Practice Manager via the nurse was likely in her favour and not very truthful! How dare you treat people like that and refuse to give a flu shot to someone because they pointed out you need a refresher on basic common curtisy! Rudeness seems to be a common theme. I work at head office for IPN Medical Centres and this type of attitude or refusal of treatment is not promoted or encouraged by our company. I will be forwarding this review onto the appropriate person to look into.
