Dr Andrew is an amazing dentist, he explains what is happening at all times and is extremely friendly and compassionate. Having missed the dentist for a couple of years I felt no judgment when I came to see Dr Andrew. He is always in a bubbly mood and makes the visit worry free. The ladies at reception are attentive and friendly. Highly recommended - price wise as well is amazing!

I unfortunately had to have a tooth removed. I am new to Ipswich and needed to find a dentist ASAP. As someone with quite severe dental anxiety I was treated with the most care and respect.
I saw Dr Jack O'Neill and he was so professional and caring. The tooth was taken out without pain and as swift as possible.

If you or your loved ones are Autistic, please see Dr. Keith. He took all my sensory needs into consideration (door shut, no music, less people in the room, non-direct eye contact, non-direct body language, extra cushions on the chair, direct question, direct clear answers, explaining what he is going to do before he does it). It is a rare experience to have a service take such consideration of autistic sensory needs. We have definitely found our family dentist with Dr. Keith.

I have been attending this dental Practice for over 12 years (Dr Warrick Hawthorne), I have always found this practice to be friendly, affordable and easy to make an appointment. The staff at both the Brassall practice and South street are amazing, they care and have outstanding customer service. They have looked after my children from a young age through braces etc. We travel two hours each way to see this exceptional dentist, as other dentists I have visited in emergencies pale in comparison. Suprised me for a "family" dentist. Very unfriendly environment, when I called reception a few days after my appointment the receptionist was just horrible to deal with, it was hard to have a conversation with her. One of the most expensive dentists in Ipswich too.....save your money and choose a different dentist!
