Has a clean toilet. Good parking. Average smiles for service. Has a great play area, could do with some toys, regardless at least it has a play area! Also does pathology next door.

I was here to see a doctor last week and today 13 of December. My first appointment , I was like waiting for more than an 1:30 hrs and today is still the issue . A lot of other out patients that come and went but I’m just waiting. Aside from the delay the way they checks. Totally wasting of time and money. It just like throwing money to rubbish …. The question is! Is these how u treat islanders even though they booked for an appointment and their time? Wonder why they got alot of bad views… of people complaining. It is a must to be considered for the better in the future ..

Been to this medical centre a couple of times and it has never run on time, sometimes even running 45 minutes to 1 hour behind when you’re told they are running on time. After the wait I had a incompetent junior doctor who made me feel completely uncomfortable and did not address any health concerns I raised. Unfortunately the only practice in town that has appointments available and probably the reason why.

Absolutely pathetic experience. Worst doctor I’ve ever been to. They don’t bulk bill, paid money only for doctor to give me a incomplete medical certificate. Asked for medical records to be transferred from my last doctor, they lost the paperwork, had to do the entire process manually myself. As far as medical care I was told my completely severed ligaments had magically healed. Upon bursting into tears and demanding answers I was then presented with my specialist results which said they aren’t healed. Probably better off going to a vet or going somewhere else. Fair dinkum the worst medical treatment I have ever encountered in my entire adult life.

I wasted 6 mths here and left worse than I came. Don't be honest with them, they'll use it against you. Don't believe them when they say they'll give you a referal, they won't. Don't do their sleep study, they'll ignore the results anyway. Worst experience of my life!
