Absoloute joke of a company with ridicilous communication and rude plan managers, not helpfull at all regarding getting invoices paid to providers with always something to pick at.
They will say they have rules to follow but even when things are done correctly as per ndis procedures there will be some issue.
Be carefull before considering this company to manage your ndis funds.

I have been with inunison management services for 7 years now, in this time inunison services have been absolutely amazing helping me and guiding me through invoices and understanding. I can't recommend there knowledge in the ndis field enough, they are always there to help and answer all of my questions and always lead me in the right direction and take the time to explain things properly, if you are looking for a genuine company and lovely easy to talk to staff look no further.

We have been with Inunison Management Services since NDIS rolled out in Illawarra in 2017. Everyone from admin to accounts to head of IMS are wonderful. Bec is very helpful with giving advice on what is reasonably claimable and paid invoices in a timely manner, and Alex, who has more knowledge than people working in NDIS, has been so great and supportive with us from the beginning, giving valuable advice. I am extremely saddened and disappointed to see this provider refuse to communicate with or pay invoices to workers who supported a client prior to their passing. Coincidentally, InUnison are no longer paid from the time of the clients death. If this wasn't saddening enough, InUnison have involved grieving family members in bureaucratic financial affairs of their late family member, and been completely disrespectful to all involved. I am so disappointed and encourage others to protect their own wellbeing and their family member and stay away from this plan manager.

This company does not put the client first thus have zero duty of care. Do not know how to manage finances for NDIS participants and can never be contacted when the participant calls for advice. Go elsewhere. Not recommended
