Called to make a follow up appointment and they tell me the Patient called and said they don't need the service. I'm the patient...I never called. Someone made up a call and cancelled my access. They couldn't explain why.

Appointments I did attend were all basically a waste of time. No new info, strategy or techniques that you wouldn't have already gotten from a decent physio. If you don't already have a physio or decent GP then you might get something out of it. Most of the people were there were nice though.

From my first visit amazing customer service by Kelly the receptionist caring empathetic and eager to please to Lorraine the nurse using her skills to calm me through procedures and hold my hand and assure me that all is good ..to the Doctors in imaging fantastic bed side manner..love the commentary throughout procedures because you know where your at..Thanks Team love your work

Dr Don NGO has a caring, thoughtful demeanour & is an exceptional interventional radiologist. Had a steroid injection in my hip - minimal pain during procedure. 5 stars & highly recommend.

Review based on reception not treatment,
Received phone call asking if would still like to proceed with a booking, i had not yet been contacted but only had received a referral.
I was told i had not returned there calls and voice messages had been left which was 100% untrue as i explained this is the first time receiving a call from them as there number and name showed up on my phone so i answered. One of the dates given was yesterday in which i only had two phone calls and defiantly were not from them. I also do not have a message bank so they were clearly calling the wrong number but insisted i was wrong. Tired of reception workers acting like its impossible for them to make mistakes its an absolute epidemic in this country.

The doctors Precision with The injections and injecting around the nerve to create a cushion with Cortisone, The doctor‘s work was 100%

What an impressive place with friendly professional people I was so impressed by my experience there and highly recommend it a beautiful building with easy parking as well
Deirdre was my biggest help ever and thankfully Don was able to treat me without a prior appointment so I was particularly great full for their wonderfull care and attention what great ethics they have I will go back there anytime I need a procedure my ultra sound lady was also very good a great place to go indeed
