As a GP and preventative health expert, I fully support the Interval Weight Loss program. It is one of the few approaches to weight loss that is actually evidence based. As a 55 yr old male I've been there and dieted that! LOL (and put on more weight each year). Having been an observer thru the podcast, youtube channel and book, I've finally bitten the bullet and signed up (for a measly $1 a day). No more fighting my body's "set point"for me. I've now done the washout month, and am on day 3 of the weight loss month...and it's really do-able! Eating big to small throughout the day; keeping myself accountable thru the user-friendly app; not feeling hungry at all (and woohoo, no fasting!!!); support when I need it. Accessible and sustainable approach to health, led by research with a really good rewards program. There’s also a well thought out app with customisable features to suit personal goals. All info (ie exercise, food, sleep etc…) is delivered in straight forward, manageable bites, or there are (easy/enjoyable to read) books if that’s more your style.

It's been 4 weeks now since I started IWL and I feel like this program is completely different from any other I have tried to loose weight. There is no deprivation, lots of information and support. The 6 principles are straightforward and easy to follow. I don't feel cravings because nothing is off limits. I am very optimistic that IWL will work for me in the long term. Thank you Dr. Nick.

The IWL program is not a diet; it's a comprehensive guide to living a healthy lifestyle, and I absolutely love it!
For over 30 years, since becoming a mum and gaining weight, I've struggled to maintain a healthy weight. I've tried everything – WW, Jenny Craig, meal replacements, intermittent fasting, keto, and more. I'm a perfect example of what Dr. Nick describes in his books – lose weight, gain more.
Now, at 59 years old, I've been following the IWL program for 6 months and have lost 7 kgs. I enjoy cooking and eating more now than I have in years, thanks to the program's helpful information, shopping guide, and recipes. The IWL app is a fantastic tool for staying on track, offering lots of great resources.

I am a 62 yr old health professional with behavioural problems around eating and managing fatigue. This evidence based program is way above other programs I've tried or promoted. Whilst I am not too overweight, the increase each year is adding up and harder to shift and my poor behaviours became more entrenched. I have not felt hungry and snacking and the snack recipes, offer a sensible intake without feeling deprived. I am eating more during the day and still struggling with portions in the evening but getting there. I am recommending it to my clients and friends.
