Waited over an hour beyond our appointment time. Weren’t given any schedule of charges prior or during our visit. Got hit with a bill for almost $1400 after our 15 min consultation. That was for a family of 4, basic vaccinations for travelling to Fiji. Do not use, I would suggest talking with your local GP and getting their advise prior to engaging in a Buisness like this.

APPALING!
The receptionist was nice over the phone, even the Dr who I had a brief chat with sounded ok so I went ahead to book an appt. BIG MISTAKE! They rang me to confirm the evening before, but when I arrived for my appt the clinic was shut and another couple who had an appt at the same time at 1.30pm were sitting outside on the floor waiting. After many phone calls and an "I don't know why appts were booked and I'll get back to you" from a lady on their main number (who never did get back to us!!!) we left in disgust. The other couple were told "We will open the clinic at 2.30pm". So they would have to wait over an hr for a booked 1.30pm appt for essential vaccinations (as she was just about to fly out of the county)! Had they not been urgent, she would have left in disgust also.

Not understanding the negative hype. I had my rabies done here and found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and experienced.

Unless I develop an appetite for human flesh, I'd say my vaccine was a painless success.

Receptionist was very unpleasant to deal with - felt as though we were a burden being there. Doctor was 50 minutes late for a booked appointment.

Gave a phone call and receptionist seemed apathetic, indifferent or unconcerned about giving information to customers, further, matching reviews mentioned here, prior to calling. Would not even bother making an appointment with staff that have such an attitude. Do not reccomend this place, at all.

Ridiculously overpriced, was coerced into getting things that I neither needed or wanted. Was advised later by a GP that the prices I paid were exorbitant and half the vaccinations I got were unnecessary.
