Unfortunately, they are one of the only suppliers in my area, but that shouldn’t excuse the poor quality of service they provide. It’s disappointing that they refuse to dust or clean unless every single item is removed from a surface. That means they won’t properly clean a kitchen counter if there’s a utensil pot on it or a dining table if there’s a fruit bowl. For the high price they get paid per hour, the level of service is extremely low. What’s even more frustrating is that many of their clients are elderly, who rely on these services to maintain a clean and safe home. It’s disheartening to see such minimal effort given to those who need it most. Very disappointed, but unfortunately, I have no other options.

She consistently provides exceptional service by attentively listening to our concerns, responding with patience and resolving queries efficiently. Too busy showing how inclusive and diverse they are, then actually helping participants. I have all the empathy in the world for staff struggling in their personal life, but when those struggles impact on how they do their job, and support their participants, excuses will not cut it. The participants are just as important as the staff, please remember that.

Left for dust by LAC with two plans (myself and my son’s)... one not done properly at all (failed to review amount and put incorrect management). After two months back and forth trying to get answers, I had enough. Another 3 months later, I’m still wearing the brunt of their incompetence - this incompetence extends to other employees and branches also.

Audio calls (I’m *ahem* deaf), not showing up for meetings they’ve scheduled (love waiting around on my weekends), and not heard from my new LAC at all...

Don’t even waste your time, they want to tick just enough boxes to get their payday - to hell with those they are meant to help.

Local Area Coordinators do not return calls. 3 calls in 3 weeks no response. Will see if the complaints department handle it better. Staff need retraining or they need new managers. This is for participants and their current service provider is about to cease soon. Total neglect. If you have an NDIS plan insist on a getting a Service Coordinator because the LACs are incompetent.

Intereach is a wonderful community based organisation with strong values. The staff are kind, caring people and your wellbeing is their number 1 priority. I highly recommend them.

I'm actually quite disappointed with this place to be honest... My NDIS progam was set up through Intereach, and despite the numerous attempts to reach out to them regarding my NDIS plan, their response has been quite poor, sadly... the most I ever got was a missed call during my work hours, and upon calling them back, I would be left leaving my number for them to call me back... I tried reaching out in person, only to be told to call them, thus going back into that perpetual cycle of calling them, getting no luck, getting called in the middle of my work hours, calling them back and getting no luck... This kinda needs to change quite a bit, as it's getting a little annoying now. 4 months in and I still don't know how to use my NDIS funding properly... 😞
