All the doctors and nurses here are truly the kindest, most caring people I've ever had the pleasure of coming across. I've been with these guys for the past couple of years and it's the best thing I've ever done. I've never EVER felt judged. I've always been treated with the utmost respect and feel safe while ever I'm around them. Doctor Appleton is my favourite of all. Always has been since his last surgery where he worked. He makes sure I am OK even goes out of his way to call me on the random occasion and to check in if they haven't heard from me in a while. I am so happy I found these beautiful people. When my dad passed away, they were there. They've been there at my lowest and highest and I can't thank them enough for all they have done. If I could give a 10 star review, I would!!
Edit to add, mikayla is the best receptionist. Ive never been disappointed by her. She always makes me feel safe and welcome, and I have so much comfort in telling her things that I usually wouldn't tell anyone besides my doctor. I appreciate her a whole lot!!

Great caring doctors especially Dr james manley while I was seeing him for time being until he left the practice and my care is under Dr Andrew now and they're both really caring doctors and understanding and if there's something wrong they explain in detail what you need to do and explain every question you have about your medical condition and explain about your medications. Plus excellent reception staff who are really nice and caring! Id recommend this medical centre to anyone to start coming here!

I have lived in Canberra for eight years and have finally found a medical centre that knows what's going on.

The staff and doctors are truly amazing. Willing to spend time and not just push me out the door once I've signed the medicare rebate form.

The practice prides itself on providing high quality bulk billed non judgement medical care and truly deliver.

You work for the government trying to get people on to opiod addiction treatments that don't need it so you can get subsidized from the government and discriminate against people because they live in what the dr refered to as a high risk area. How dare you tell someone that because of where they live or who there neighbours are they are not allowed to have pain relief.

My children have seen the doctors here. They are wonderful, kind and caring. They always take their time to properly explore any problems and to understand history of their health issues. Would highly recommend this practice.

Terrible service they bully patients and don't keep up with records of patients and progress .ban patients for no reason. Rough .cant keep up with treatments acuse patients of doing things that they dont do especially patients on the ndis I have witnesses to this long wait times over the phone at in person at the practice .they don't send paper work .very unhappy .

I had a very insulting experience where my referral to a psychiatrist included numerous inaccuracies and my advocate was patronised and misquoted repeatedly.
I will be looking into making a complaint about how we were treated by someone who actively displayed disinterest in supporting me, despite knowing the severity of my health issues.
