I have been seeing Alexi at the Mooloolaba clinic for the last few months now and could not be happier. After having 2 babies I was extremely tired, depleted and was not coping with life. Alexi guided me through some testing, supplementation and herbal remedies and I now understand my body better and feel like a new person.
I always feel so supported and heard when I speak with Alexi, Suzi or any of the team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have recently had my first initial consult with Vanessa to address some long-term infertility issues. I feel I have gained more clarity and understanding around my issue in this one session than I have weekly appointments with my specialist / doctor over the past year. She is genuine and actually cares about my journey. She was attentive, engaged, and offered a wealth of knowledge which I both trust and confide in. Vanessa followed up this consult with an in-depth breakdown of recommendations, giving explanation into what she suggests I do and provides evidence as to WHY. Similarly, the correspondence I have had with their reception and other team members has been prompt, extremely friendly, and overall exemplary. I truly could not recommend Vanessa and the team at Integrated Wellness enough!

Good clinicians and knowledgeable with different ailments. The tests and continued supplements are very expensive and we worked for a long time with our clinician but in my experience there was no significant improvement with my gut problem. She helped us with our sons dairy intolerance and I can now easily manage this. However in my experience I don’t think supplements, dietary restrictions and probiotics work to improve IBS.

I would and will recommend this clinic as much as I can Vanessa has helped myself and my daughter. We see her as often as possible and the supplements she prescribes are definitely on point. Suzi and her team at amazing. They have helped me so much over the past few years with anxiety and hormone rebalance after and during and IVF cycle and now with baby number two born four weeks ago, they continue to be a huge support. The staff are professional and extremely knowledgeable. The Mooloolaba clinic is easy to park at and a great location. I am forever grateful for the help is getting my 'normal' me back.

Very disappointed in the service I received at this clinic. Was told at the "free assessment" just prices of consultations. Went to my first consultation and completed the stool test and was happy with my service, until I went to the result of findings consultation.
Was basically told my gut needed some work which I was aware of! But then I was given about 6 or 7 different supplements in one go to try, which I think was a bit much. I had a few reactions to the supplements, and always kept my naturopath in the loop (was just told to decrease the dosage). Once I did that, I still had reactions (I fainted TWICE from these supplements), and received absolutely no help or no sympathy from the clinic.
I had simply asked to just bring the supplements back as they were making me feel awful and fatigued, and explained I just wanted to try the diet first and see how it goes. However, I was told I could have a "free 15 minute consultation" to go through how to take the supplements and when, even though that's what we went through in the result of findings anyway?
I was left feeling really upset and basically felt as though they didn't actually care about my general well-being and just wanted a cash grab (these supplements were about $300 altogether). I have never had a reaction like this before to any supplements, and I did the right thing by asking my naturopath for advice, and I just didn't get the help I needed. So no, I would not recommend this clinic. I felt uncared for and that my well-being wasn't the priority.

Having been a customer of this clinic for more than 3 years now, I have only ever received helpful and informative guidance with my health. I felt so tended to by every professional within this practice that has nurtured my health and I have felt that I have received some of the highest quality customer service from beginning to now maintenance care. Even when living at a distance for a portion of this time, it was always an ease to have my care through Skype and supplements sent in the mail - so handy! And any questions I forgot to ask were happily responded to via email. So grateful for this “over and above” service. Grace (head receptionist) is always a pleasure to connect with and is every part of her name, she makes booking a breeze, the process simple and informative, and the best part, she genuinely loves her job - it radiates... and that’s for the whole team I’ve noticed too which speak a lot. I have particularly loved the eye opening results that I received through the pathology tests suggested. It was very much worth the money to get straight to the root causes of where the issues I was experiencing were branching from - causes that I hadn’t before suspected but was crucial for my wellness to discover. And that’s what I love, the team is driven to find the root causes, provide appropriate solutions for long term results, naturally and tailored to your body with powerful and high quality natural supplementation when needed. Ofcourse, like anything, getting health back on track can take time as it has with me.... but after being in what felt like a helpless pit, there truly is nothing more valuable than living with a full tank of energy, vitality and joy, and having people who genuinely care and understand help to get you there.... So ThankYOU to IWC for offering your services and to every wonderful and lovely professional within IWC who had genuinely cared for my health or simply returned a warm smile while visiting. I love being in the presence of this clinic.

Lovely receptionist and kind staff but after 4 months of treatment and spending over $1500 (with student discount) my fatigue symptoms have not improved at all. I have been left feeling hopeless and am now in debt as well as being unable to work due to my health.
Very happy with the response to this review, I was certainly not expecting any offer of a refund. Unfortunately as I am bed bound most of the time now I don't think I can attend the workshop.
