Unreliable. My appointment as cancelled without anyone letting me know, until I arrived with my crying overtired baby to an appointment that didn't exist and then sat in traffic with the same overtired baby all the way home. Very inconsiderate.

The receptionists have to be the rudest I have ever encountered. One appointment which was a Telehealth appointment, I did not receive the call. I called to make sure I had the right day . The way I was spoken to was disgusting . The receptionist told me the doctor would call me when he could fit me in. I had an appointment which had been booked 3 months in advance. She made out that they were doing me a favour. I am a Heath professional myself of 43 years. Me as the client asking a question of the precious receptionist allowed her to launch into me daring to question her & she found me rude. My goodness. I know who was rude & it was not me. She would not allow me to speak to clarify my question , saying she was ending the conversation , which she did. I am fully supportive of zero tolerance to abuse if any staff , however this snowflake is way too precious to be in this role if she felt I was rude.
I manage over 2000 staff in the health arena. This receptionist is exactly this a receptionist, who obviously has a severe elevated opinion of her role. I think her name was Kirsty , Kristy or Karley. Something like that . Shame on you & your bad attitude

Visited the Figtree centre for a urgent consultation with Dr Barker who is a absolute gentleman. He is a kind compassionate person who organised my procedure to be done at Wollongong public hospital. I went to pay the bill at reception and was amazed when told the consultation had been bulk billed, unfortunately I never got to thank him. Now on the road to recovery thanks to Dr Barker .

Have been to this Practice on a few occasions now and have always found the staff to be lovely amd welcoming and the Drs fantastic.
