Dr Janice Gray is the most professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and kind Doctor I have ever met! She takes a holistic approach to medicine and makes you feel so welcomed and comforted from the moment you set foot into her lovely office 🤍
Teresa (the main receptionist) was also so kind, professional and attentive to all of my needs! I could not fault this practice one bit! Ben the DVA advocate on hand was awesome and so knowledgeable and helpful! It is such a beautifully designed/ soulful clinic with a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere 😇. This clinic claims to understand Veterans yet over the 10 months attending it has increasing pushed to be under a care plan, refused to conduct Telehealth consults due to not being able to charge the full fee$$$$ The front of house staff do not pass messages to the Doctor and do not call back as they indicate. I would not recommend this medical clinic.

My husband was referred to Dr Ken Cameron last year and it has been the most amazing experience from day 1, Dr Cameron is understanding, patient and shows compassion and empathy, Ben Hoffman the advocate has also been incredible with advocating for him every step of the way throughout the DVA process, the reception staff and nurses are always so caring and friendly. I am so grateful that we have found a safe place for veterans to be well looked after, cared for and respected! Since being introduced to innovative medicine, everything has aligned just perfectly and it’s super helpful to have everything in the one place.

This team has been an absolute asset that has helped me get back on my feet and work through my injuries I highly recommend this place for Anyone who is struggling to navigate through DVA. They have everything central to one place including an excellent Advocate, Dr Cameron himself is highly competent and willing to go through the hard yards to help in recovery and ensure your well being. I can not recommend this place enough to other ADF veterans.

All the staff are very professional and very nice, I was recommended from a veteran friend, I'm also a veteran. Dr Cameron and Dr Lewis are extremely good and have helped me a lot, not just on the physical side but mental side too. The registered nurses there look after me too, they're a big help with referrals and just checking up on me. I highly recommend innovative medicine if your veteran or even if your not veteran, it's a really good team.

Dr Cameron is one of the most caring & knowledgeable Doctor I have ever met .
And his Clinic is both welcoming & friendly as well as very professional.
Dr Cameron is a highly experienced MSK practitioner that also cares for Veterans .
His clinic consists of 75% Veterans . The care he provides to these amazing men and women is heartwarming.
I have no hesitation is recommending Dr Cameron & his awesome clinic.
