The best recovery experience I have had. I chose to use the oasis room which was so relaxing and comfortable. The cleanliness of the facilities and the staff were so incredible and helpful. I was able to do a cold plunge followed by the sauna then finishing off in the hot magnesium tub. Will definitely be returning and bringing my friends.

After yoga, I enjoyed an Oasis Session, which included the sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and warm magnesium bath. Each element was incredible and left me feeling completely refreshed. I finished with a session in the Normatec boots, and wow — my legs have never felt better. The whole space is beautifully set up, super clean, and the team is really friendly and knowledgeable.
