Been seeing Dr Ashley Howden for over 2 years now. She's a fantastic Osteo and an even better human. I always look forward to our appointments. The team and reception are great and always helpful with rescheduling or cancelling. Highly recommend this place.

Chris is a miracle worker. I’ve never been to an osteo and had some reservations though I’ll give anything a chance at the moment. Extreme pain all week and loss of range of movement restored with no cracking, man handling or coercion! I’m actually amazed!

Have been seeing Ashley Howden since Sep ‘22 for chronic musculoskeletal issues and arm lymphoedema.
Her experience and use of Fascia Counterstrain is exactly what my body needed after being so sensitive after cancer treatment.
Persistent neck and back pain easing, along with the lymphoedema. And I didn’t even realise how tight all the inner scar tissue was from surgery which is now starting to ease as well.
Ashley’s a fantastic osteo who I highly recommend!
Clinic is clean and relaxing to be in and reception staff are always lovely & helpful.
I happily travel the 60km round trip just for Ashley’s treatments.

I have been seeing Justin for over a year now and he is absolutely excellent. He has been able to help me a diversity of problems as I play sport. When I first came I had a foot problem and saw two physios, a chiropractor and another osteo who were unable to help me. But after two visits with Justin the problem was literally gone.

Went here to see Ashley (osteopath) to prep myself for a comp only a couple of days later. Had a niggle I was worried would turn into a full strain after a certain movement. Post-comp and I can say the niggle was nowhere to be found! Very happy and I'll be back 🙂

I recently visited the clinic for Accupuncture to help bring on labour as I was overdue and due for induction. The clinic is beautifully decorated, clean and warm and the receptionist was really lovely and chatty on arrival. My accupuncture session was amazing and I also got information and tailored support to perform ongoing acupressure at home as well which was delightfully unexpected. It was a relaxing session and my waters broke almost exactly 24hrs later, which was the result I was hoping for! Would definitely use these services again and highly recommend!

Justin Huynh is the best Osteopath going around and Elizabeth Sever-Topping the best Acupuncturist going around! Both take the time to tailor their treatment to YOU, listening to your individual requirements and totally tailoring the treatment plan accordingly, their expert touch and techniques have cured me! Visit them if you need help ASAP.You'll thank me and especially them!! Justin can also combine osteo and dry needling as part of the same appointment which I think is amazing..I can't recommend this pair more 🙂
